About Me

Hi, I'm Violetta Poulter, a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist dedicated to helping children blossom.

My passion: helping children reach their potential and build strong communication skills for life.

My background

I graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Science and Masters in Speech Pathology in 2013 and my journey has been dedicated to helping children and adolescents diagnosed with speech, language and literacy disorders.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of consulting with school leadership teams, collaborating closely with teachers, and supporting students in clinical and school settings. I’ve delivered numerous professional learning workshops to teaching staff at various schools across Melbourne. I take pride in my diverse experiences, allowing me to connect with families from various backgrounds.

I've pursued additional training in Little Learners Love Literacy, SMART spelling, Key Word Sign, and The Writing Revolution. I have a passion for helping school-aged students in the areas of language and literacy, with particular interest in applying the Science of Reading and Learning.

“Every day I find inspiration in the progress and growth of the children I work with.”
